Salted Maple Pecan Bar - Buttery shortbread base layered with maple caramel and toasted pecans finished with flaky slt. 

Apple Crumble Cheesecake Bars - Creamy cheesecake over a cinnamon crust, layered with apple pie filling and a buttery crumble 

Pumpkin Streusel Cheesecake Bar - Pumpkin cheese layered over a graham crust with cinnamon brown sugar streusel. 

Sticky Toffee Brown Butter Bar - Dense brown-butter cake soaked in buttery toffee sauce and finished with vanilla glaze.
