Refund policy

Non-Returnable Items
As our line consists of perishable goods (food) including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Therefore these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Unclaimed Items  At times, customers do not pick up their order by 6pm on the requested day, Sugar Bean Bakery Utah is not responsible for items that are not picked up by 6pm.  There are no refunds for items not picked up, and arrangements will need to be arranged for another date.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
