What are your hours?
The Bakery Cupboard hours are Wednesday and Friday from 8am until 7pm. My business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. You are welcome to email me or message me and I will respond within 12 hours to you. I am off and running with my hubby or family during the weekend. Emails and messages left after 6pm on Friday through Sunday will be answered on Monday (if there is a Holiday, Tuesday).
Do you have items available for pickup today?
Yes and No. On Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, The Bakery Cupboard (my self-serve Cupboard) has many individually packed items to fill your sweet cravings. The Bakery Cupboard is a first come, first serve basis. Once an item is gone, it is gone for the day.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?
No I do not. A true "gluten-free" bakery should only bake gluten-free items to avoid cross-contamination with gluten baked products. As my scratch baking is not gluten-free, I do not take orders with those dietary restrictions.
How do I place an order?
You may order directly from the Website, where it also shows my availability to fulfill your order. Some baking days are not available due to the numbers of orders received for that specific date. Follow me on social media, as The Bakery Cupboard menu is posted every Sunday for the current week Bakery Cupboard.
I'm local to you, how can I order cookies, cupcakes, brownies. or bars?
My freshly baked goods are available for purchase through the website and local pick up. Join our email list for updates on new releases and seasonal menus. My menus are seasonal, so if you do not see what you would like, it does not mean it is not available for a special order. Email me with your request and I will contact you for all the details.
Do you take Special Orders?
I do! I would ask you to email me or message me requesting a special order. I will need the date you would like the order ready, also being specific as much as you can for items such as Special Occasion Cakes and Cupcakes. Pictures help. I do my best to respond within 12-24 hours.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
The sooner the better! I book up quickly since I am a one woman show. For single item desserts, 1-2 weeks advance notice is suggested. For larger orders and events 3-6 weeks advance notice is suggested to reserve a spot for you on my calendar.
When is my payment due on Special Orders?
Payment is due in full upon receiving your invoice. I’m a BIG plan ahead type of gal! Ingredients, labor and prep work for recipes is often done weeks in advance to ensure ingredients are available and every order is perfect! Your order is finalized and on my calendar once your payment is received.
Can we order any of your cookies to be packaged as favors for events?

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Here at Sugar Bean Bakery Utah, I bake in small batches, therefore, it costs me the same amount to make 1 batch or 10 batches. Therefore, I do not offer discounts for large orders.
What times may I pick up my Website or Special Order?
As Sugar Bean Bakery Utah is an @Home Bakery, our orders are through our Website with local pickup on the selected date of your order from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm - when this Baker closes for the night.
Special Orders, pick up time is arranged with you during the ordering process.
It is important to be sure and pick up at your schedule pick up time. By picking up at your scheduled time I am able be at my next activity on time.
