Original Bakery Cupboard Goods - Reheating and Freezing Instructions
Everyone loves freshly baked, right out of the oven treats and sweets. Sometimes, you don't get the chance to eat them right away. Don't worry here is where you will find all the info on rewarming and/or freezing your goodies for another day.
Cinnamon Rolls
IN THE MICROWAVE
- Place cinnamon roll(s) on a microwave-safe plate, and place a small amount of butter on top.
- Dampen a paper towel and squeeze out the water. Drape the paper towel over the rolls (this will help to re-hydrate them).
- Heat for 20-30 seconds. Cool slightly, frost, and serve immediately.
FREEZING AND REWARMING
- Store your rolls in the freezer by wrapping them individually in foil and placing them in a freezer-safe bag. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight or on the counter for 1-2 hours.
- Add water and/or butter to the top of rolls to keep them from dehydrating.
- Place cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet in a pre-heated oven to 350 degrees.
- Reheat for 10-15 minutes.
Cookies
IN THE MICROWAVE
- Grab a paper towel and run it under the water.
- Gently squeeze the water out until it is slightly damp, just moist enough so when you put the paper towel on top, it won't make the cookie soggy.
- Wrap enough cookies with a damp paper towel arrange them in the center of a heat-proof plate.(For several cookies, lay a moister towel over the plate.)
- Microwave the cookies for 10 seconds intervals or until they turn warm and soft. Check for each burst to know if the cookies are ready.
FREEZING AND REWARMING
- Store your cookies in the freezer by wrapping them individually in plastic wrap and placing them in a freezer-safe bag. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight or on the counter.
- Once properly thawed, you can follow the steps above.
Brownies (Individual or Slab)
FREEZING
- Store Brownies in the freezer by wrapping them individually in plastic wrap and placing them in a freezer-safe bag. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight or on the counter.
- Once properly thawed, you can enjoy.

- To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight or on the counter.
