Custom Order Request
Hello! Thanks so much for your inquiry! My name is Christine and I’ll be helping you out with your order.
First off, THANK YOU so much for considering Sugar Bean Bakery Utah for your upcoming event! We’d be honored to provide sweets for your event! In order to provide you with an accurate quote, I’ll need a little more information. But first, here is some important information.
- Sugar Bean Bakery Utah's operating hours are from 9am - 6pm Tuesday through Friday. Requests will be answered within 24 hours, the next business day.
- Requests submitted after 6pm Friday through Sundays, will be answered on our next business day.
- We normally book about 4 weeks in advance. Once availability has been confirmed, you will receive a response to your request.
- Please review the quote completely. If all is what you are looking for and are interested in booking and would like to proceed, payment is required to secure your date.
- We accept Venmo, or, if you would like to pay via credit card, we will forward an invoice for payment
- Once payment in full has been received, your order is booked and confirmed. This means we will begin preparing for your order (ie. ordering any specialty items, supplies, etc). Therefore, all Custom Orders are non-refundable.
- Please know that you "Booking a Day" is not reserved until payment has been received.
